Alexandra Stevens

Alexandra Stevens was educated at Yale Sixth Form College, North Wales before studying at The University of Edinburgh for a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She has experience of working in the energy industry for over ten years including a Senior Management post with Centrica before training to become a teacher in 2006. She gained her PGCE at the University of Manchester and carried out much of her training at Kings School, Macclesfield. More recently, Alexandra has been subject specialist at Ashton Sixth Form College for Economics and has extensive experience of teaching Business, Economics and preparing students for the Extended Project Qualification and support with personal statements. Alexandra is an examiner for Edexcel in Economics and has previously examined for AQA and Edexcel in Business. She enjoys long distance running and has taken part in half marathons in Geneva, Bath and North Wales.

Enthusiastic about her subject and always helps us as best she can. She is always smiling. 

She's really energetic and exactly what you need in a morning class and always encourages further reading in the topic and always happy to help.
