Fabrizio Brienza
Fabrizio Brienza studied a Masters in Mathematics at the University of L'Aquila in Italy, then went on to complete a PhD in Commutative Algebra on Invariants regarding ideals with special properties. He published an article 'Initial Ideals of Borel Type' in the Acta Mathematica Vietnamica journal by Springer. He has taught Mathematics since 2010 in various schools in Italy and in England, completing a PGCE in 2017 with Sussex University. He moved to Harrow School Online from Bellerbys College Brighton, where he was a Teacher of Mathematics and the Maths & IT Co-ordinator. In May 2022 he achieved the status of Fellow (FHEA) in recognition of attainment against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in higher education.
