What our pupils think the coolest thing about Mr Waters is.

He is very smart, organised and responsible! He is good at putting himself in our shoes and gives the most helpful advice! He identifies our best traits and always supports us in meaningful ways. I am very grateful for all he had done for me

Great success coach! Always happy to provide support and makes every lesson one to remember. He really spends time getting to understand the student to get a feel for what makes them tick to see how he can best assist.

Down to earth and realistic whilst going above and beyond to motivate us in every aspect of our lives

He is exceedingly funny with his jokes and comments, also a very kind and understanding person and I appreciate him greatly

Lots of stories from Oxford, plenty of genuine feedback and support, no facades

The amount of experience in every single field I can think of during his life his stories are incredible like out of a movie -

He is very calm but funny teacher, always using great examples from his own experiences to make his lessons the highlight of the week.
